1. How many advertising numbers do I need?
You need one for each advertisement you want to track. For example, if you are currently advertising in two newspapers and one radio station you will need three ad numbers.

2. What happens if I stop paying for my advertising number?
You will have thirty days where your number will still be forwarded to you and you can still log on to our web site and view your call statistics.

3. Will the person calling realize their call is being transferred?
No. The transfer is transparent to the caller.

4. Will I receive caller ID?
Yes. You will receive everything you would have received if the person had directly called you.

5. What if I have an 800 number can I use this?
Yes, you can use your current 800 number. However, you should only use one number per advertisement otherwise you lose the ability to identify the number of calls per advertisement.

6. When will I be able to see today’s calls?
Tomorrow. The files are uploaded every night from our switch to the website.

7. How much does it cost?
The cost is very small in comparison to the value of information you receive. For local numbers in Atlanta, GA the price is $50.00 per month, unlimited use. For local numbers outside of Atlanta, the price can vary depending on the expected number of calls. For toll free numbers, the price is a small monthly fee plus a per minute fee. 8. How can I change my receiving number?
By logging on and then going to the navigation icon named “My Account�. There you will be able to send us an email with your new receiving number. Or, just give us a call 678.271.6100
